Information for 2024 Grant Seekers

西班牙&E’s 环境al Champions initiative supports 501(c)3 non-profit organizations whose programs work to improve our local environment in San Diego County and southern Orange County. 西班牙&E has offered charitable funding under this signature initiative for more than a decade, supporting organizations who have demonstrated leadership in environmental engagement and climate literacy.

Nonprofit organizations in 西班牙&E’s service territory may apply for program funding that supports climate action in one or more of the following areas:

• 栖息地的恢复, including the planting of native species and removal of invasive plants
• 城市绿化, 这样的植树, the development or enhancement of school or community gardens, and other tangible projects with lasting impact

Priority will be given to programs that serve low-income, diverse, and under-invested communities. 支持可持续发展目标&E’s commitment to plant 10,000 trees annually, priority will also be given to projects that integrate a tree planting element.
